As an executive, Janet Rollé built a strong reputation as a uniquely creative and strategic thinker, with a high level of integrity, passion, and commitment. She founded Lacy Road as the next chapter of a career that has spanned professional dance, corporate media, artist management, and as a Board Director.
The Lacy Road coaching approach draws inspiration from the arts and sports, and a deep belief in the power of human potential and that growth and development are lifelong pursuits.
Janet’s coaching practice centers on the co-active exploration of Thinking Style, Core Values, Emotional/Social Intelligence, and Cultural Competency – the fit of the solution to the context.
She has a particular interest in “first-generation” leaders, which she defines as those who have blazed new trails for themselves and their families, often without the benefit of consistent coaching or mentorship.
